Two of those stories will come from the Nightmare Alley himself. Variety reports that other writers and directors include Jennifer Kent (The Babadook), David Pryor (The Empty Man), Guillermo Navarro (Narcos), Keith Thomas (Firestarter), Panos Cosmatos (Mandy), Catherine Hardwicke (Twilight), Vincenzo Natali (Cube) and Ana Lily Amirpour (A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night).
Cabinet of Curiosities Shares Eerie Images and a Star-Studded Cast List
The Cabinet of Curiosities teaser is filled with some dark images, including skulls, corpses, spellbook, taxidermy, and a mysterious silhouetted figure, just to name a few. It also promises a star-studded cast, including Ben Barnes, Essie Davis, Crispin Glover, Andrew Lincoln, Eric André, Sofia Boutella, Ismael Cruz Córdova, Rupert Grint, Kate Micucci, and Charlyne Yi. At least a few of these actors are no strangers to the horror genre. Lincoln is best known for his role as Rick Grimes in The Walking Dead. And while Grint will always be Ron Weasley in many people’s eyes, he’s also garnered much praise for his role in M. Night Shymalan’s horror series Servant on AppleTV+.
