Netflix released a new teaser trailer and the date of when we can see the new El Camino: A Breaking Bad movie. The new movie will show up on the streaming service on October 11, 2019. Netflix didn’t just release the release date but it also came with a plot synopsis and a teaser trailer. Netflix has the full synopsis as,
“The Netflix Television Event El Camino: A Breaking Bad movie reunites fans with Jesse Pinkman (Emmy-winner Aaron Paul). In the wake of his dramatic escape from captivity, Jesse must come to terms with his past in order to forge some kind of future.”
The Breaking Bad movie sounds like it will pick up some time after the end of the show from AMC. The movie, just like the show, is directed by creator Vince Gilligan and has Aaron Paul himself helping out with the production. Sony Pictures Television is associated with the movie too.
The teaser, which will be down below at the end of this article, showcases Pinkman’s friend Skinny Pete being interrogated by the police. Police are interrogating him for information on Jesse Pinkman’s whereabouts. It seems like the friend’s bond is stronger than some deal with the fuzz.
A little history about the end of the Breaking Bad finale. After Walt saves Jesse from the Nazis using a rotating turret inside the trunk of his car, Walt is eventually shot and dies looking nostalgically at the scientific equipment in the kitchen. Jesse then drives away in an El Camino smashing through the gates of the hideout. Turns out, the El Camino car is more of an importance than we thought. The movie is already gaining attention and expecting to break records.
