Animal Crossing New Horizons was and still is a success among thousands of players of all ages and countries. This game gained so much popularity during the first months of 2020 and was fantastic as it provided everyone with an island escape due to the lack of socialization at the time. This game was a great way to socialize or explore with others from the comfort of your home without going out physically. Even during 2021, New Horizons got its DLC, Happy Home Paradise, which attracted even more people. Thanks to this same popularity, Animal Crossing New Horizons has announced new bundles with Nintendo Switch Lite.

With the release of Animal Crossing New Horizons, the original Nintendo Switch console also had a special edition for this game. The console featured a custom dock with an illustration of the 3 raccoons of the franchise on a small island. The joy-cons were pastel blue and green, similar to Tom Nook’s shirt. The new Nintendo Switch Lite bundles will come in teal and pink and have the iconic leaves from Tom Nook’s shirt in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Both include a copy of the game. You can pick the Isabelle Aloha Edition, which is pink or teal, for the Tanuki brothers Timmy and Tommy Aloha Edition.

If you are an Animal Crossing fan and want New Horizons-themed Switch Lite, these bundles look great. The design of these consoles is beautiful, and the Nintendo Switch is quite comfortable to play at home or on the go. Think again, though, because there are a couple of rumors that a possible Nintendo Switch 2 launch is coming. This means players could buy a new console and need to replace it sometime in the coming months. However, there’s no date yet when Nintendo’s next console might arrive.
