TikTok user @ctbvic was at the same subway station when they noticed the man. They filmed the scene and wrote over the video, “POV: The New Adults.” They also mocked the situation in the caption, writing, “When daycare closes early but you still got somewhere to be.”
The video showed the man leaning against a sign while wearing overalls. The most noticeable part of his outfit was the baby pacifier in his mouth, which he kept there while looking at his phone as people passed by. The video then showed a little girl walking with an adult before she looked at the man with the pacifier. Some viewers believed the girl also appeared confused by seeing an adult using something typically associated with young children.
