Including both cardio and resistance work in a video showing her enjoying an indoor workout, the 45-year-old pop star sizzled in a stringy swimwear look as she opted out of gym clothing, and fans were loving it.
Pumping iron as she handled dumbbells before getting her heart rate up on a spinning bike, Nicole showed off her fit figure and her sense of fun, even choosing a snappy caption that reminded fans that she “[WERKS.”] Fans have left The Masked Singer judge over 390,000 likes.

Rocking a copper-colored bikini as she kept the fabrics minimal, Nicole showed off her toned figure while busting out moves to Todrick Hall’s “Nails, Hair, Hips Heel” track. Kicking off from a wood-floored gym, the Hawaii native lunged forward on one leg while barefoot and lifting both arms up.
Holding a dumbbell in each arm as she worked her sculpted arms and shoulders, the Pussycat Dolls singer stunned in her plunging two-piece, sporting her dark locks down and rocking a seriously impressive tan.
Upping her heart rate as she hopped onto a bike, Nicole pedaled away while on the two-wheeler, here adding in white slides.
Quite The Workout Body
Nicole then delivered Pilates leg lifts from a black gym bench before letting loose with a naughty twerk. In a caption, she wrote: “I don’t dance…I WERK. 🤪”
“I can watch u werkout everyday,” one fan amusingly replied, picking up on the caption. “Lord almighty,” another said.
Nicole joins the list of super-fit celebrities, not limited to singer Jennifer Lopez, actress Gal Gadot, and talk show host Kelly Ripa. While the star once suffered from bulimia nervosa, she is now recovered and leads a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
“In a typical workout I would run on the treadmill maybe 20 mins, then try to do some squats, some sit-ups on the exercise ball, some yoga stretches,” Nicole told Women’s Health.
“When I’m home I like to take a spinning class called Soul Cycle or I like to do hot yoga—a modified version of bikram yoga—or hiking, and core power yoga in LA,” she added. Nicole’s Instagram is proof as she regularly shares her yoga sessions or gym time, nearly always showing off her impressive flexibility.
