Nintendo has been known for providing many different Joycons to consumers since the release of the Nintendo Switch. Between releasing Zelda or Splatoon-themed controllers, Nintendo has been very creative with their Joycons. With it finally being summer, the company has decided to introduce a new line of Joycon colors. They will go live for purchase later this month. Let’s take a deeper look at these Nintendo controllers.
New Pastel Joycon Line Available from Nintendo
On June 2, Nintendo showcased these Nintendo Switch Joycons on their social media platforms. Two new sets will soon be available for purchase. The first set on the left features a light purple and green combo. The next is a preachy pink and bright yellow. While there have been many fan-made and re-shelled Joycons for sale online, we haven’t received an official set from Nintendo, but the time has officially come.
These two new sets of Joycons will be available at retailers including Amazon, The Nintendo Store, and GameStop on June 30. These controllers will also be priced at the same amount as most Joycons are. Below is the tweet from Nintendo making the announcement for this new product on June 2.

As Nintendo said, it is time to kick off summer with these new colors that will look great by the pool… just so long as you don’t drop the Switch into the water. Both colors are stunning, and it will be hard for fans to choose between the two sets, but Nintendo did a great job at picking out the shades. Keep an eye out for these Joycons on June 30 and purchase your set then.
