Don’t Worry Darling director Olivia Wilde and her boyfriend, Harry Styles, appear at the Venice Film Festival photocall. This is the first time the couple will be spotted together on a red carpet. The much-anticipated premiere of Wilde’s movie will be taking place this night after the photocall.
The mother of two went bold in her fashion statement by flashing her bra in a bright green Chanel suit. Her boyfriend matched her style by rocking a striped cream blazer with a blue necktie and a loose-fitting black-colored slack.
Fans were excited to welcome Wilde and Styles, who co-stars joined at the Film Festival photocall. While Chris Pine and Gemma Chan were present, the Alice character, Florence Pugh, was nowhere to be found.
Grapevine has it that Pugh, 26, and Wilde are having issues from the Don’t Worry Darling set. According to a report, it has been her plan to avoid spending too much time in Venice since last week. Therefore, she was unavailable for the photocall and, most likely, the press conference.
Pugh’s flight is scheduled to land some hours after the press conference from Budapest, where she’s filming for part 2 of Dune. She’ll also leave the next morning back to the same destination.
Olivia Wilde and Styles At The Film Festival Photocall Without Florence Pugh
A report in late July confirmed that Pugh was unhappy with Wilde for having an affair with Styles on the movie set. Wilde was still engaged to Jason Sudeikis before they separated in November.
The situation has caused Pugh to be infrequent in promoting Don’t Worry Darling. It also resulted in the actress not joining Wilde and Styles for the photocall and press conference in Venice.
Before Wilde and Styles were spotted in Venice for the Film Festival, their romance was confirmed in January 2021. Things have been going on smoothly between them irrespective of the surrounding dramas, which won’t affect the release date for Don’t Worry Darling on Sept. 23.
