Spider-Man is finally joining the Marvel cinematic universe after multiple reboots, Spider-Man will receive his third reboot on July 28, 2017. With the reboot, Sony has revealed that a new actor will take the reins of the popular web slinger. Spider-Man will also eventually join the Avengers with the new deal between Sony and Marvel.
With production starting soon on next years, “Captain America: Civil War” which will have the first appearance of the new Spider-Man a shortlist of actors has apparently leaked from TheWrap. These actors including, starting from the left, Nat Wolff, Asa Butterfield, Tom Holland, Timothee Chalamet and Liam James.
Considering the recent reports of teenager actors auditioning for Spider-Man, it looks like the new Spider-Man will have Peter Parker going through high school rather than his post-secondary career which could have this iteration of Spider-Man different then previous instalments.
With Captain America: Civil War starting production soon, we should hear news regarding the casting of the next Spider-Man. Who do you think it should be. Maybe Jaden Smith? Maybe not but you do think?
