Stamina has always been a big part of life simulation games like Ooblets. This makes it more realistic and prevents players from exploiting the game by doing many tasks during one day. But there are ways to increase in replenish your stamina in Ooblets, and here is how to do it.
How to Increase Your Stamina in Ooblets
Your stamina in Ooblets indicates how much more activity you can do during the day. Unlike other life simulations like Stardew Valley, you can’t just sleep and skip to the next day. You can only sleep in the nighttime. So you must find a way to replenish and increase your stamina to complete your tasks in the game.
In Ooblets, every action costs some stamina; before you actually do something, a message will appear to show you how much it will cost. This is because you have to manage your stamina so it wouldn’t be too low.
The first and primary way to increase your stamina is to eat food. If you have enough ingredients, you can cook meals in the house or buy some food in Badgetown. Polt is the NPC that sells food, and you can find him walking in the lower section of Badgetown.
Once you got the food, go to the ‘Stuff!’ page of your Grumboire and select the options menu for the food, and hit ‘consume’ on whichever food you want to use.

The other way to replenish your stamina in Ooblets is to take naps. While you can’t sleep the whole day, you can take a nap and increase your stamina. All you have to do is go back to your house and interact with the bed. Your character will fall asleep for a short period of time, and after waking up, your stamina will be increased.
Ooblets is available for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
