Blizzard released the first PvP beta of Overwatch 2 last month, allowing fans to experience the new 5v5 game mode for the first time. However, the first PvP beta was limited to PC players only, meaning console players were left out of the action. But finally, that will soon change. Blizzard has announced that the Overwatch 2 beta will begin on June 28th.

Overwatch 2 beta registrations will open on June 16th, but it is unknown how many players can participate in the beta. Players on PC as well as on Xbox and PlayStation can sign-up.

How to Sign Up For the Overwatch 2 Beta

According to Blizzard’s social media account, the Overwatch 2 Beta will begin on June 28th for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation. This will not be an open beta, so anyone interested in participating can sign up. Blizzard has confirmed that sign-ups and more details will be available next Thursday, June 16th.

The game will be available for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5, but it’s unclear if there is a beta for the mentioned consoles. A release for the Nintendo Switch has also been announced, but Nintendo’s console is not mentioned as a platform for the beta test.
