Sony is expected to announce games that will be available via PS Plus by the end of July next week. While the Japanese company’s announcement regarding July PlayStation Plus free games will have to wait a bit longer, the leakers have already revealed what titles will be available next month. According to a recent leak, three games will be added to PS Plus for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 starting next month.
July’s PlayStation Plus Essential Games Leaked
Trusted leaker Dealabs user billbil-kun revealed this month’s PlayStation Plus Essential games early. The leaker has been leaking free titles for a while, and this time around, it was no different. If the leak is reliable, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan, and Arcadegeddon will be the game trio of the July library. The three games will be available from July 5 to August 2.
The new game list is highlighted by Activision’s Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, which will be released for PS5 and PS4. Arcadegeddon, a co-op multiplayer game by Illfonic, is also believed to be coming to both platforms. Lastly, Supermassive Games’ The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan will arrive on PS4 only and will complete the list.
If you don’t know yet, the PS Plus membership service, which offers gamers access to a few free titles each month, has a new name: PlayStation Plus Essential. And Sony plans to provide these three games for PS Plus Essential subscription. As long as you remain a PlayStation Plus Essential or higher tier member, you may keep playing these titles even when you are no longer available to claim.
In addition, it should be reminded that the Junes PlayStation Plus free games are playable until July 4. This month’s library included God of War (2018), Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker, and Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl.
