In addition, you will get a chance to hatch Tyrogue from 7 km Eggs, and if you are lucky enough, you will get shiny Tyrogue from these eggs.

How to participate in the Catch Mastery event?
If you want to participate in the Catch Mastery event, you only have to launch Pokemon Go and enter the game at a specific time for the event.
