Post Malone’s outfit at his latest concert has fans talking. On Saturday, Sept. 23, the “Chemical” rapper performed at KINTEX Hall 5 in Seoul, South Korea, as part of his If Y’all Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying tour. When he appeared on stage, fans were surprised to see him repping K-pop merch. After the concert, photos of Post Malone wearing a BLACKPINK t-shirt went viral on X with fans crossing their fingers the two artists will collaborate one day.
Post Malone’s BLACKPINK T-Shirt Goes Viral
Following Post Malone’s concert in Seoul, various fan accounts shared photos of the rapper donning a BLACKPINK t-shirt during his show. The shirt features all four members of the group — Jennie, Rosé, Jisoo, and Lisa. The girls are pictured side by side underneath a BLACKPINK logo. Post Malone paired his t-shirt with black shorts and even accessorized his outfit with a necklace. In one picture, the star smiles as he looks at the audience in Seoul. Meanwhile, in another photo, Post Malone sings while holding a microphone in one hand and a red cup in another.
Of course, BLACKPINK’s fans, known as BLINKs, went wild over the photos of Post Malone wearing a BLACKPINK t-shirt. “We need a collab! 😍🤩😩💖,” one fan wrote. “WE NEEDD COLLABBBBB,” another fan commented.
Post Malone’s shout to BLACKPINK comes just days after the group concluded their Born Pink world tour. The quartet marked the end of their tour with two back-to-back shows at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on Sept. 16 and Sept. 17. Various K-pop stars attended BLACKPINK’s concerts that weekend, including Red Velvet’s Seulgi, who has been friends with Jisoo for years.
Following their concerts in Seoul, BLACKPINK has been busy making negotiations with their company, YG Entertainment, for possible contract renewals. As of Sept. 23, the girls have yet to reach an agreement with YG, leaving the future of BLACKPINK up in the air.
