If there’s one thing that any celebrity wants more than anything else, it’s for people to like them. Of course, some do learn to thrive off the publicity via hate, like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Still, it’s human nature to desire to be appreciated and adored by others. With that being said, Harry has put a plan in motion to potentially win back the hearts of the British people and the Royal Family: a full-on reset. And Step 1 of meeting with King Charles has already been completed.
A royal insider speaking to Daily Mail has disclosed that “It’s become clear that Harry now regrets some of his actions. He wants to reset his relationship with his family and with the people of the UK.” Despite claiming he’d keep the meetup with the King under wraps, word did still allegedly get out that this meeting was also the start of his plan to bring Archie and Lilibet back to the UK. Farming sympathy and acceptance with the Royal Family could certainly be easier by using his young children as a lure, after all. But now, this meeting has reportedly become more than a stepping stone to get into the green with his father, but also all of the UK.

Prince Harry Wants to Simply Reset Everything, But Not Repair
After his visit to London, Prince Harry has now gone to Ukraine for more PR work after he checked with Meghan Markle “to make sure it was OK.” Whether this is also part of his big plan is uncertain, but online users feel that this whole “reset” strategy is nothing more than a poor attempt to avoid putting in the work to rebuild the bridges that were burned. As one commenter plainly puts it: “notice he wants to ‘reset’, not repair. Always wanting a shortcut, this one.” In other words, Harry believes that if he can just somehow reset everything on his slate with the UK, the Royal Family, and possibly the rest of the world, then he’ll get the validation that he’s been desperately seeking.
This whole reset mentality was present in his recent alleged attempts to get both King Charles and Prince William to drop all they had against him in exchange for his utmost “forgiveness.” Oh, but let’s not forget he also demanded Charles give back Meghan Markle her ‘Her Royal Highness’ title as a bonus. Even if Harry is hopeful that his endeavor to start resetting things is working, King Charles certainly doesn’t feel that way, based on his reaction to the private meeting once his son had left Clarence House.
