It’s not just the Karens of this world who can get racist. In fact, in a 2019 survey by Washington-based think tank Pew Research, it was found that 65% of Americans believed that it was becoming more common for people to express racist or xenophobic language in public. Unfortunately, you don’t have to look too far to witness this sort of discriminatory behavior. Today, a post on Reddit is making the rounds depicting a woman donned in a MAGA cap racially accosting a group of asian people. The following footage contains profanities, physical assault, and racial slurs that readers may find distressing.
The 42-second clip opens on a sidewalk in Fort Worth, North Central Texas. Straight off the bat, a woman in blue bootcut jeans, a crimson-colored flannel shirt, and a red MAGA cap delivers a tirade of racist slurs. “Ching chong, ching chong. He must be getting rolls. Okay, I’m fish. What you gonna do? What are you gonna do? I don’t want any fish.” yells the MAGA woman. Accompanying this opening segment of the clip are the words: “Asked them for directions to a bar in ft worth, tx and they just started yelling at us.”
Moments later, the footage cuts to another angle, accompanied by the description: “My friend trying to deescalate and put stance between them“. Here, the MAGA supporter begins to physically assault another woman in a white dress by grabbing and pulling her hair. “What the f***!” shouts an onlooker.
Next, the MAGA woman continues her racist rant with, “Let me get your egg roll! Ching chong. I’m fish. Come and eat my p****! Come on!” The man she is with — who is presumably her partner — takes her by the arm and shepherds her away from the situation, saying, “Come on. Sorry.” Clearly, he’s a little embarrassed by the incident.
With over 1.2k upvotes and over 260 comments at the time of writing, the clip is going viral across social media right now. Comments flew in from netizens who wanted to share their disgust at the awful and upsettingly derogatory behavior on show. One user on Reddit wrote:
I love how the boyfriend’s main concern was her looking like a racist piece of sh** while repping MAGA. His only actions were taking her stupid cult hat off.

Meanwhile, another commenter added, “What in the trailer park did I just witness?“
Elsewhere, a third Redditor weighed in, penning: “Seems to me like she has a lot of repressed sexual feelings: Eat my p**** you (slur) So you hate her but you clearly want to sexually dominate her? And her BF (friend idk) is just there like 😐”
At the moment, it’s unclear whether police were called to the scene of the incident. Certainly, the victims of what is clearly a racially motivated hate crime are well within their right to press charges. Hopefully, with the shocking clip spreading like wildfire across the internet, the sheer embarrassment may prove to be a lesson in and of itself.
