The demo for the Resident Evil 3 remake will be out on March 19. Titled the ResidentEvil 3: Raccoon City Demo, it will be available to play on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Better news still, an Open Beta has been announced from Capcom, for the asymmetric multiplayer Resident Evil Resistance. This is due to run from March 27 for a limited time.
The Racoon City Demo will also reveal a new cinematic trailer for those who complete it. It’ll be available from March 19 at 12 am ET on Xbox one. For Playstation 4 and Steam, it’ll be 1 pm ET.

Players can assume the role of Daniel Fabron. He serves as one of the game’s four masterminds, laying traps and running experiments on civilians. Resistance will be included with Resident Evil 3 upon release next month.
Within the Resident Evil 3 demo is the Mr. Charlie scavenger hunt. Across the city are twenty Mr. Charlie statues. The challenge is to seek and destroy while Nemesis remains on your tail.

Resident Evil 3 is due out on PS4, Xbox One and PC from April 3. For now, mark the date in your calendars. March 19, and for Resistance, March 27. Resident Evil 3 features Jill Valentine, who flees from Racoon City, hounded by bioweapon Nemesis. RE Engine brings the original game back to life with enhanced HD graphics and refreshed gameplay mechanics.
