One of those is the Bar & Lounge safe, whose location isn’t safe at all, ironically. You’ll have to defeat a couple of zombies and then one special infected that can one-shot you if you’re not careful. Bar & Lounge Safe Solution
Despite the Bar & Lounge safe being one of the first you’ll find in Resident Evil Requiem, the truth is that obtaining its code will take a while, so if you just want to open it already, here’s the code:

Now, if you want to do everything properly and wait until you find the document showing the code, you’ll want to wait until you can enter the Custodian’s Office, which you can do after you get the Level 1 Wristband. You can check the exact location below.
Once you enter this area, take the stairs on your right and head into the office. You’ll find the note on top of a desk. Be careful because you’ll also encounter a few zombies, so either sneak past them or get rid of them if you have enough bullets to do so.
With the code in hand, you can now return to the Bar & Lounge area and open the safe, which contains three Antique Coins, just as the safe in the examination room.
We recommend opening all safes because there’s an achievement attached to it, but also because, by this point, you might be ready to leave the hospital, so it is better to get all coins to grab Grace’s upgrades before leaving.
