Jen Shah Allegedly Owes Attorney Legal Fees
The Real Housewives Of Salt Lake City star allegedly owes her attorney’s firm, which is handling her fraud issue, a sum of $124,422.95. Court documents obtained by E! News showed that the price she owes is $50,000.00 in unpaid fees and $74,422.95 in unpaid expenses.
Shah’s attorney filed an action to withdraw as counsel on March 24, alleging that the TV star breached the contract she had with her firm by failing to pay these expenditures. According to the obtained court documents, the firm has made several attempts to collect the unpaid fees from Shah but to no avail. The last attempt made it the sixth time since July 2022.
In her last filing, Chaudhry alleged that both the actress and her husband, Sharrieff Shah agreed to pay this fee and expenses at the beginning of the contract. They continually promised to pay the outstanding amount whenever they were asked.
Hence, the reason why the firm continued to provide its services at the time. Priya Chaudhry’s motion to withdraw from the case is based on the written engagement with the defendant and the promises of Jen Shah’s husband.
