The reality star momager seems to have big plans for her granddaughter, but Rob is standing in the way. It is causing some significant family friction. Kris Jenner has a head for business. Since taking over managing her six children’s careers, the KarJenner family brand has been worth hundreds of millions of dollars. He has no desire to live his life on camera for the world to see, nor does he seem too interested in becoming a huge business mogul. He wants to live a quiet life away from the cameras and wants the same for his daughter.
However, according to Radar Online, Kris Jenner sees things differently. She believes that Dream Kardashian, 7, has what it takes to become a major player in the KarJenner family businesses.
Kris Jenner And Rob Kardashian Feud Gets Ugly
Kris believes it is time for Dream Kardashian to get more involved in the family. Jenner hopes to incorporate as many of her grandchildren into the family business as possible, especially her granddaughters.
A family insider says Rob is dead set against Dream jumping on the KarJenner breadwinning wagon. “Rob doesn’t want his mom to turn his daughter into another fast-food faux celebrity,” the insider says.
Dream’s parents, Chynna and Kardashian, know that their daughter has the makings of a star. They have allowed her to do a bit of modeling in the past, and things have worked out quite well. So once Kris Jenner caught wind of her grandaughter’s success, her wheels began turning.
Rob Kardashian has some thoughts about his daughter’s future, and for now, they do not include allowing Kris Jenner to use her to pad her already impressive bank account. Rob has seen firsthand what is involved in Kris’ business plans with his sisters and nieces.
He also has traumas of his own regarding the celebrity lifestyle. “He feels like being a part of all that played a role in ruining his relationship. Rob wants Dream to live a more normal life. But all the Kardashians would love to put the spotlight on her.”
It has become a tense situation between the mother and son. Kris sees it as helping herself and the family brand and securing Dream’s future. Rob is uninterested at this point and doesn’t care if it will strain his relationship with Kris.
