Iโ€™m liking this trend of Roblox games that reward patience, like Grow a Garden and Fisch. If youโ€™ve been sinking time into Grow a Garden too, going from noob to pro is all about efficiency. All it takes is understanding a few key mechanics and what to plant, and you could be making thousands in mere minutes. You might even grow a few golden fruits and vegetables in the meantime!

Skip Single Crop Seeds

Not all multi-harvest crops are created equally, meaning they grow at different rates. Tomatoes, for example, are really slow and are worth around $40. Strawberries are worth less, around $15, but grow very fast. I can get multiple harvests out of strawberries before a single tomato grows!

However, in Grow a Garden, your crows will grow when youโ€™re offline. When you have the income, it will be more beneficial to plant high-earning crops even if it takes longer. You can plant them, leave, then come back after a bit to sell your crops.

Cram Your Crops Together

My second tip for Grow a Garden is to use as much of the available space as possible. While you have several garden boxes, the space can fill up fast, especially with the bigger plants. Here’s the trick: crops don’t have collision, so you can cram them together.

What I do is plant a crop, then place my cursor right outside the brown circle. Basically, I plant the next crop just outside the edge. This is a really good strategy with strawberries. Though crops like blueberries, or anything that grows as a bush, are a pain to pick when the time comes because you can’t reach inside the crop.

Keep at Least One of Each Crop

In the middle of Grow a Garden is the Hungry Plant. It wonโ€™t hurt you, but it is very hungry and wants very specific crops. For example, it might ask for a tomato that weighs 0.5kg. If you feed it what it wants, youโ€™ll get a Seed Pack, which is a gacha box containing a random seed.

Ideally, before you sell your crops, find the largest size of each crop and keep it. You can favorite them by right-clicking. That way, you can feed the Hungry Plant right away. You get a Seed Pack every time you feed it, plus a Premium Seed Pack once youโ€™ve fed the Hungry Plant 50 times!

Donโ€™t Ignore Daily Quests

Speaking of quests, Daily Quests shouldnโ€™t be ignored either. On the opposite end of the map, youโ€™ll find the Quest Giver. Theyโ€™ll ask you to plant specific crops. There are always three quests, and completing all of them will get you a Seed Pack.

Since these are Daily Quests, you can only do this once per day. When you speak to the Quest Giver, youโ€™ll see a countdown along the time for when the daily quests reset.

Use Items When Weather is Favorable

Beside the Quest Giver is the Gear Shop. It may seem really tempting to just buy items all willy-nilly, but these items are expensive. When you do have the income to afford them, donโ€™t use them right away!

Grow a Garden has a weather mechanic. Every so often youโ€™ll see the weather change to something like rain or there will be lightning. During that time, your plants can mutate and become more valuable. Only when thereโ€™s weather should you use your items, as these will help you make the most of the weather.
