Instead, you just have to head onto the official Roblox website and search for the Koala through the avatar shop. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to find the Too Cool Koala in Roblox‘s Avatar Shop:

Log into the official Roblox website
Select the Avatar Shop in the top-left corner of your screen. It’s in-between Discover and Create!
Enter “Too Cool Koala” into the search bar.
Click on the free Too Cool Koala to head into its catalog page. Click “Get” followed by “Get Now”.
