Some actors have a personality that never wavers, even when giving important information to fans. Ryan Reynolds has posted a crotch picture of his Deadpool 3 costume to tell fans how production has wrapped on the film. Upon passing the production finish line, he gave a heartfelt and funny statement to fans and the cast and crew.
Most productions in 2023 had to go through some turbulence. Deadpool 3 started production right when the WGA strike began. The film continued and managed not to violate guidelines set by the union by sticking to the script with no improvisation. It then shut down when SAG-AFTRA went on strike for a better contract and to stand in solidarity with picketing writers. After that long journey, our foul-mouthed anti-hero has wrapped up shooting and will get into post-production to hit the July deadline.
The star started off with a fun reference as he wrote, “The suit hides the blood. Also sweat…” He then got into the heartfelt messaging, as long as you can ignore the crotch below it, as he wrote, “But today, with Deadpool wrapping, it’s mostly tears.” He gave a thank you to the cast and crew while giving a jab at co-star Hugh Jackman.
A giant and forever thanks to the cast and crew of our film who battled wind, rain, strikes an @RealHughJackman… all under the stalwart leadership of @ShawnLevyDirect

Ryan Reynolds Gives Deadpool 3 Update and Crotch Shot
Ryan Reynolds often sticks to his schtick, whether he is talking about a project like Deadpool 3 or accepting an award. The always-joking-but-sincere messaging recently came across when his and Always Sunny star Rob McElhenney’s docuseries Welcome to Wrexham won an Emmy. He had a video in which he wore his anti-hero’s mask to accept the award and interrupted McElhenney’s part of the acceptance speech. The award he held was also broken and belonged to the Wolverine star.
Deadpool 3 will be the first R-rated MCU movie that Ryan Reynolds and co will deliver to liven up the recently struggling franchise. Shawn Levy will once again collaborate with the star to dump buckets of blood on audiences and give them plenty of the naughtiest jokes in MCU history. The writers of the first two films, Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, also return to ensure the transfer from Fox to Disney does not dilute the personality of our favorite bloodthirsty superhero.
Deadpool 3 will do all kinds of horrible, hilarious things on screen on July 26.
