Salma Hayek has been shamed after showing off her trendy sense of style while in NYC. The actress, 58, turned heads earlier this month in a figure-hugging minidress and boots, flaunting her hourglass curves as she enjoyed time in the Big Apple.
Letting loose and in the wake of her strapless red dress look with singer Ariana Grande, seen above, Salma showed off her legs in a little black dress, proving that the classic outfit never goes out of style. Unfortunately, users on The Daily Mail age-shamed the MCU star, telling her that she’s basically trying to look half her age while deeming her outfit inappropriate. Others also accused her of having had plastic surgery, claiming that her hands and face don’t match in terms of age.

Looking incredible in a fitted dress with a thigh-grazing length, Salma sizzled in her long-sleeved look, flaunting her enviable waistline while rocking ruched accents.
Displaying her curves tastefully and going a little sheer at the sleeves, the Mexico native highlighted her see-through stockings, drawing the eye to her ankle boots as she wore a chunky platform heel. Keeping her glam game strong with sleek locks worn down and straight, The Eternals star sported a bold red lip, one complementing her matte foundation and cheek blush. She added a simple necklace to accessorize her classic look.
Salma was spotted on her way back to The Carlyle hotel in New York City, where she was accompanied by her bodyguard.

Quick to criticize Salma was a fan writing: “Almost 60 and dressing like a 20 or 30 something is so sad.”
Managing to shame singer Jennifer Lopez in their remark, another said: “This glamazon is becoming worse than JLo. Ego as big as her plastic surgery bills of late.” Many remarks, however, centered around Salma’s youthful appearance, with multiple users alleging that there’s no way she can look this young without having had a helping hand. Salma, who made headlines for denying Botox at the age of 50, has always embraced her aging, even making 2024 headlines for showing off her white hairs on Instagram.
Salma did, however, receive some positive feedback. “She looks great!” one fan replied. Another, meanwhile, said: “In my opinion this woman is pure perfection-looking.” The Hollywood star has opened up to reveal that she’s all about a balanced lifestyle, also stating that the secret behind her ageless looks is restorative yoga.
