Savannah Chrisley beat the blues in an impressive workout session on Instagram as she promoted exercise for good mental health back in December 2021. Posting for her 2 million+ fans, the reality star showed off her fit figure as she rope-trained and handled weighted balls while building up her strength, even telling fans that she “loves” working out.
Gaining approval from her fans, the daughter to Todd Chrisley also checked boxes for a stylish activewear look, choosing a head-to-toe black one and throwing in her signature baseball cap finish. Fans have left the SASSY by Savannah cosmetics founder over 19,000 likes.
Savannah Chrisley Impresses Instagram With Workout Moves
Showing off her toned arms and shoulders as she added more muscle to her upper body, Savannah handled massive black ropes as she enjoyed her workout from an indoor space.
Highlighting her fit and curvy frame in a black pair of spandex leggings, the 26-year-old added in a matching, camo-accent sports bra as she flashed her abs, also rocking a coordinating baseball cap.
Completing her look via black sneakers as she ditched the makeup, Savannah was also seen strength training her arms using resistance band rows, then working her core, legs, and arms with mountain sliders as she added in special footwear.
Proves Exercise Is Good For Mental Health
Also including some agility and cardio work with her weighted ball, Savannah told fans: “How do you keep your mental health in check?”
For me…I do therapy and I LOVE working out…especially when life gets rough. Thank you for training and pushing me @iamthelibster,” she continued, adding: “Did you know? – The Mayo Clinic states that, “Exercise helps prevent and improve a number of health problems, including high blood pressure, diabetes and arthritis. Research on depression, anxiety and exercise shows that the psychological and physical benefits of exercise can also help improve mood and reduce anxiety.”
Savannah has opened about struggling with her body image while being raised in the public eye. She revealed this while fronting South Beach Diet back in 2019, stating that being on television from the age of 15 had resulted in “all these people” volunteering their opinions on how she should live her life.
Savannah concluded that feeling “good on the inside” was always her aim. The star posts less workout content these days, instead focusing her Instagram on her podcast, beauty brand, and continuing to support parents Todd and Julie Chrisley during their prison sentences.
