Wow! EA is starting E3 strong.
As part of its original titles, EA has recently shown a new IP called Sea of Solitude. This new indie project, definitely looks original, as it follows Kay, a lonely girl exploring an abandoned, submerged city. The art style gives an innocent touch to what later turns into a creepy and haunting trailer. The game has been in development since 2015.
“Is this real?”
The girl with shining bright eyes asks this question to her reflection. Just as she is about to touch her reflection, she shies away. Probably because she did felt the hand of her reflection?
The creepiness does not stop there.
Later in the trailer, the girl reaches a dead end on a bridge. Her head looks down the bottom of the sea to see a giant version of herself, reminiscent of the girl in The Grudge, about to devour her.
