Selling Sunset star Mary Fitzgerald shared her experience regarding her recent struggle with a miscarriage. The TV star disclosed this to motivate whoever is going through the same thing she went through.
Selling Sunset’s Mary Fitzgerald Is Not Giving Up Despite Miscarriage Hurdles
On Friday, the reality star made a post on Instagram. She revealed that she got pregnant while on her honeymoon in Bali with her husband, Romain Bonnet. Unfortunately, it did not work out because she had a miscarriage. As if that was not enough, she had a septic miscarriage and had to go for surgery.
According to the Mayo Clinic, septic miscarriage occurs when a woman develops a uterine infection. This can result in fever, vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding, chills, and a rapid heart rate. Surgery is usually conducted on the patient to remove the cause of the infection.
The Selling Sunset star, who at this point was trying hard to fight back her tears, added that she has been silent about this for a long time. However, the reason why she has chosen to talk about this is that she has realized how common it is and how many people go through it.
Fitzgerald admitted that the road has not been easy, but she is not giving up until she has good news to share.
Still feeling positive, she wrote in her caption that she is not giving up. Also, she encouraged whoever is feeling down, or helpless and all, not to give up. Meanwhile, the 42-year-old already has a 28-year-old son named Austin.
Many Sent Their Love And Support To Fitzgerald
After the TV star shared her ordeal with miscarriage, many of the Selling Sunset co-stars and workers at the Oppenheim Group showered her love in the comment section.
