Street Fighter 6 took everyone, including fans of the series, by surprise when it was released. The game had drastic changes in gameplay and additional content that helped the franchise take the next step, such as the World Tour mode. Speaking of World Tour, we have an amazing article on what are the best gifts for each character in the game. Like most AAA games nowadays, there are several versions of Street Fighter 6, each with its own unique set of content. In case you have a Steam Deck check our guide on whether you can play it on your handheld console or not. In this guide, we’ll compare the Deluxe vs. Ultimate and Standard Editions of Street Fighter 6 and tell you the differences.

Video game companies and studios that tend to make AAA games now release a variety of different editions or versions of the same game, with less or extra content. This is especially the case for multiplayer and online games such as Street Fighter 6 which has three different editions, Standard, Ultimate, and Deluxe.

The obvious difference between each edition is the prices. The Standard Edition of the game will cost players $59.99, the Deluxe Edition will cost them $84.99, and the Ultimate Edition is going to cost them $104.99. In every single one of them, you will get the base game and Outfit Color 19 for six characters if you’ve pre-ordered the game.

Apart from that you won’t get anything else for the Standard Edition that only comes with the full game. So the biggest differences are between the Ultimate and Deluxe editions of the game. You can check the full list of content you will get from each of the editions down below.

Stree Fighter 6 Deluxe Edition Contents:

  • Year 1 Character Pass
  • 4 Additional Characters
  • 4 Additional Character Colors: Outfit 1 Color 3-10
  • 4,200 Drive Tickets

Street Fighter 6 Ultimate Edition Contents:

  • Year 1 Ultimate Pass
  • 4 Additional Characters
  • 4 Additional Character Colors: Outfit 1 Color 3-10
  • 4 Additional Character Costumes: Outfit 2 (including colors 1-10)
  • 4 Additional Character Costumes: Outfit 3 (including colors 1-10)
  • 2 Additional Stages
  • 7,700 Drive Tickets

So the biggest difference between the Deluxe and Ultimate editions is the Year 1 pass and the extra outfits you get from buying the Ultimate Edition. If you are not into extra outfits and want to only enjoy the game, Standard Edition or Deluxe Edition is the best option for you. Although if you want to play the game seriously or professionally, it is best to go with Ultimate Edition which has a better 1 Year pass.

Street Fighter 6 is now available for PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
