Super Geek Box brings their subscribers a box consisting of 5-8 geek and gamer items such as apparel, snacks, toys, and other collectibles.  You can subscribe to their boxes for as low as $11.92 per month plus shipping and handling.  Super Geek Box had a theme for April 2016 of “Destiny.”  Let’s take a look and see what was included in this box.

This unique t-shirt design is the result of mixing Star Wars and Pokemon together and making an image.  How cool is that? The image of Darth Vader with a Pokeball is pretty cool!

I’m always getting the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles confused so I went to the resident expert, our 7-year-old son, to ask him who this was and he assures me it’s Leonardo.  The Ninja Squirtle keychain is quite adorable in my opinion and he was pretty fond of it too!  I think there was a variety of these and you could have gotten a different turtle in your box.

Super Geek Box subscribers also got one of these Marvel Mystery 8-Bit Avengers Mini Bobblehead blind bags. Ours, however, is no longer a mystery.  As you can see, we received Thor from Series 1 in our package.

This mini-poster is a Super Geek Box exclusive of Ultramus Prime and a great poster for any kid’s (of any age) room.

Another Super Geek Box exclusive item is this Megabots vs. Terracons decal set.

This Super Geek Box exclusive lightsaber lanyard is one of two you could have received.  We got the red one and the other is blue.

The amazing thing about this hat is the fact that our 7-year-old knew immediately who wore it and what it represented.  Who knew?  Well, he did!  Yes, he immediately knew it was the hat that Pokemon trainer, Ash Ketchum, wore.  Now, granted I don’t sit around watching Pokemon and maybe if I did this wouldn’t have been as impressive to me.  Regardless, this, in fact, is Ash’s hat from Pokemon.

This was our first Super Geek Box and we were really happy with the selection of items in the box.  If you aren’t already getting this box, it appears to be a great option as it has some great items including exclusives and you can get it as low as $11.92 a month and, right now, they have a $3.00 discount if you use the code: SUPER.

The theme for May is “Hero” and the box will include an exclusive T-Shirt, wearable gear, and a Funko Collectible.

I am the wife of a real nerd who has developed some nerd-like tendencies along the way. I am a mom of two teenagers who is still trying to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up! I spend my days working at the local community & technical college as a Director of Business & Industry training. At night and on weekends, I love spending time with family, binge-watching tv series, playing video games with the kids, graphic design, and, yes, reviewing products. I have my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Communication and contemplating a Doctorate…I consider myself a lifetime learner!
