Kailyn Lowry has finally gone under the knife for a breast reduction and shared the big news with fans. The Teen Mom star has been concerned about the size of her breasts since 2018. However, it took six years to get the procedure, and she is open to sharing her journey.
Lowry broke the news of her breast reduction operation on her Instagram Story with a post-op picture. She dropped a close-up selfie capturing her in a supportive bra while throwing up the peace sign. Although she was barefaced in the snap, the media personality looked radiant with a sweet smile.
She captioned the post “4 days post op” and offered to share her breast reduction videos. However, she would only drop the details if fans agreed they were interested via polls. Lowry has always been open with her followers about her life and struggles, including her massive breast dilemma.
During a 2018 episode of her Coffee Convos podcast, she revealed her breasts had been weighing her down. Lowry did not notice they had exceeded her expectations until her trainer took her measurements. She initially believed she was a “36DDD,” but the measurements revealed her breasts were “44 inches.”
“I don’t think I’m even wearing the right size bra. I don’t even think there is a 44DDD… I’m so big, and I’m super nervous and hopeful that I can get the surgery,” Lowry recalled. She achieved her goal just months after sharing her plans for a “vaginal rejuvenation” surgery, per The Sun.

Lowry announced her body enhancement plans on her Barely Famous podcast while speaking to comedian Matt Mathews. The latter joked that she needed a “vaginal rejuvenation” after welcoming seven kids, but she fired back, “The last two, the twins, it was a C-section.”
The MTV alum and her fiancé Elijah Scott welcomed twins Verse and Valley a year before their August 2024 engagement. Lowry had a son, Issac, with her ex, Jo Rivera, and another son named Lincoln, with her ex-husband Javi Marroquin. Additionally, she had sons Lux and Creed with her former lover, Chris Lopez.
With seven children to cater to, the podcaster hoped to make it big like the Kardashians. We covered in December 2023 that Lowry contemplated returning to reality TV and creating an empire. She wanted the level of success Kris Jenner gave her kids, noting she had been talking to potential showrunners.
Lowry shared her plans on Brandi Glanville’s Unfiltered Podcast, referencing herself as the white trash Kardashian. She told the host that her daily drama as a mom of seven would make a great show. However, the entertainer did not want to return to reality TV without having a Kardashian-like contract.
Lowry wanted producer credit and the power to see the final cut of episodes before they air. Basically, she tried to control her potential reality TV show like the Kardashians do with their Hulu series. On that note, she contacted the famous mother for advice but never heard back from Kris.
