On Tuesday, TMZ reported that The Grove, the upscale shopping oasis hosting the event, would be shut down for the whole day. Also, the outlet shared that the mall would devote all 14 of its theaters to showing the musical documentary. Meanwhile, Swift has given thousands of fans around the world the opportunity to attend the premiere live at The Grove. According to TMZ, over 2,000 fans received invitations from the singer’s team, though it is unclear what criteria they used to select or invite them.

Other guests will make their way to the premiere venue by 6 pm and the film will begin by 7 pm. Reports say barricades have already been set up since Tuesday night with the LAPD and fire department on standby to ensure only invited guests are allowed access.
