This painted a dire picture for Affleck, and Lopez’s property as the estimated insurance cost for the home was six figures. It would cost $500,000 a year in insurance to manage the former couple’s property, a large sum that chased buyers away.
The news left social media users divided on X, with some supporting Affleck’s decision to lower the home’s asking price.
