The iconic The Walking Dead show wraps up the most recent storyline. All in time to celebrate 10 years of The Walking Dead on TV. If you are a watcher feeding for everything Walking Dead, this three-minute video is for you.

Unbeknownst to some, The Walking Dead didn’t begin as a TV show. It had a very successful line of comics that came out in 2003, prior to the show’s launch. The publisher Image Comics, alongside Robert Kirkman, created a world of the dead. This comic experience left fans wanting more, so there was only one thing to do. With the hype in mind, the team began filming the series on May 15, 2010. Longtime fans rejoiced as a new show was arriving.

The Walking Dead had their on-air presence on AMC, first premiering on October 31, 2010. A time where Rick was looking for his lost wife and son. A newly awoken sheriff, coming alive in a world filled with Walkers. This video takes us down memory lane as we relive the everchanging world. From each season, we see characters come and go, but always someone lives on.

Taking no time, The Walking Dead rose to the top, becoming a popular show. Seeing the world change made fans stay with the show. I know personally, each season seemed like a new struggle; the world was never safe. This safety is what kept fans on their toes with every episode. A fan favorite won’t survive the apocalypse; a new terror will always arrive on the scene. Not even Walkers could predict the death of multiple iconic characters. This video lets us all come together in happiness and sadness, reliving the tale of The Walking Dead.

The Walking Dead

This world is not done yet, as they have been approved for the additional 6 episodes of season 10. This new episode set will be released in early 2021. A prediction says that this season will definitely have hot-blooded action as characters face off. What do you think of the 10 year celebration? Have you been a fan from day one? What are you excited to see in the future of the show? Comment below your thoughts on this apocalyptic show!
