Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 developer Robomodo has revealed that there will be Playstation exclusive content included in the game.
Players who will be playing the Playstation 3 and Playstation 4 versions of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 will be able to use Sackboy, Sweet Tooth, and Ratchet as custom character heads when creating a character. This news revealed by Robomodo president Josh Tsui.
Tsui also revealed that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5’s 20-player online lobbies will run on dedicated servers. This will allow players to “drop in and out of populated Freeskate sessions at any time.”
“When you are ready, you can jump into a mission with your party or challenge the entire park in one of the competitive multiplayer modes,” he added. “This is done from the Sessions menu, a multipurpose tool for queuing up missions or modes, managing your party, and checking to see who’s in the park. When your mission or match is finished, you can either retry/rematch or seamlessly jump back into the Freeskate where you can hang out while deciding what to do next.”
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 is set release September 25, 2015 for the Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. The Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game will not include online multiplayer.
