Following the footsteps of Microsoft and Electronic Arts, Ubisoft is the latest conglomerate publisher to announce a game pass service. Titled UPLAY+, this pass will grant you access to almost every Ubisoft game that you can think of.

E3 2019: Uplay+ Subscription Announcement | Trailer | Ubisoft [NA]

There’s a pretty steep list of games already confirmed to be a part of UPLAY+. The initial trailer showcased The Division 2, Assasin’s Creed Odyssey, The Crew 2, For Honor, Siege, and much more. Available only for PC, UPLAY+ currently offers over 100 Ubisoft games.

The downside? Its priced at what they call “just $15 a month.” Personally, I’d call that steep especially considering many Ubisoft games aren’t exactly complete products in their own rights. It’s still fresh in my mind what they did with Assassin’s Creed 2, effectively removing core chapters of the story and reoffering them as separate purchases. It’s much the same with The Crew which only became a genuinely good game after all its expansions followed.
