The First Amendment is often hotly debated these days, as people discuss whether or not having freedom of speech equates to being free from people’s reactions to what is said. That issue seems to have been a point of discussion when a preacher took to the streets of Seattle, Washington. One man was clearly unhappy with the preacher’s message and confronted him so aggressively that the incident ended in an arrest.
The clip in question doesn’t show what the preacher was saying that angered the man. However, some additional context was given as to what happened after the verbal confrontation. Apparently, the man ended up hitting the preacher and was quickly arrested. That particular bit of physical violence was not caught on video, although the man grabbing the preacher’s glasses off his face was filmed.

I don’t agree with what the preacher says, but I also disagree with the guy threatening him with violence. It’s low-tier ogre thinking to react to anything you dislike with violence.“
One Redditor agreed with the previous statement by sarcastically writing, “Yay. Violence is cool, right guys? The dude needs to learn how to control himself when things aren’t going his way. He’s acting like a baby [expletive] bag.” However, both sentiments were met with people arguing that the preacher’s words were violent in content. As mentioned, the clip does not include what the preacher was saying, so it’s unclear whether or not an explicit call to violence was made.
