Remnant 2: Gray Health Explained
First of all, it is worth noting that gray health is temporarily lost HP and will replenish over time on its own. All damage you take from any source is divided into two parts. Even after the battle, you won’t be able to auto-heal. But gray health, on the contrary, will slowly regenerate.
