Like most other plants, you can find Fireweed in small quantities throughout the game map. Fireweed often grows near water bodies, but not too close. Move away from the reservoir to the beginning of the forest thicket, and you will find Fireweed.

In addition, there are several locations where Fireweed spawns more often than usual, and you can see these concentrations on the map above. The most profitable place for farming Fireweed is a small lake in the central-western part of the map. Many Fireweed grows around this lake, so you will quickly fill your backpack with this and other medicinal herbs.

It is also worth noting that you will receive Fireweed seeds with some chance by collecting Fireweed. So in the later game or post-story gameplay, you can create a small farm at your base. You will need a plant pot, Fireweed seeds, and a few days of waiting before you can harvest your own. We also advise you to enclose the farm with a fence. In the event of an attack by cannibals or mutants, plant pots can break, and the wall can prevent this.
