Where to Find Flower Petals in Grounded
This article is over 3 years old and may contain outdated information.

Flower Petals are a natural resource in Grounded used for crafting pieces of the Ladybug armor set. This set is classified as Heavy Armor, which results in its wearer receiving a 30% Damage Reduction buff but spending 25% more Stamina. The Ladybug armor set is also equipped with unique passives, including +Blocking Strength, +Health Received, and Scarlet Embrace. +Blocking Strength enables players to block more damage before being stunned, +Health Received increases the potency of healing, and Scarlet Embrace offers a chance to heal when blocking attacks. These perks make the Ladybug armor one of the best HP-sustain sets for Grounded‘s mid-game, making the search for Flower Petals worthwhile.

Finding Flower Petals in Grounded (Map Location)

To find the Flower Petal resource in Grounded, players must head search the northern portion of the map along the stream’s southern bank. Several patches of flowers can be found growing about the area and will occasionally drop their petals to the ground. However, be mindful, as spiders frequently patrol this area in search of prey.

According to gameplay footage provided by eXhaustor, an abundance of Flower Petals can be found in the northeastern portion of the map near the central tree. The rose flowers that drop the petals are rather tall and can be easily spotted from a distance. Therefore, if players are having trouble finding these roses, they can use any elevated spot that provides a view above the grassy jungle. If players follow along the stream’s bank to the west or cross the water and explore the northern shore, they can find more flowers of different colors. The color of the petals might be different, but the crafting resource is the same when gathered.

Grounded fans will need 2 Flower Petals for the Ladybug Chestplate and 4 Flower Petals for the Ladybug Shin Guards. This total of six petals can likely be gathered from the northeastern farming spot mentioned above. Here is a list of more recipes that require Flower Petals in Grounded:

  • Mint Mace – 5 Flower Petals
  • Lure Arrow ×5 – 5 Flower Petals
  • Grinder – 3 Flower Petals
  • Lure Trap – 2 Flower Petals
  • Pebblet Turret – 1 Flower Petal
  • Pollen Turret – 1 Flower Petal
  • Bounce Web – 3 Flower Petals
  • Berry Chair – 2 Flower Petals

Grounded is available for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
