There are many interesting characters in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, and Pyper is undoubtedly one of them. It’s hard to meet this flute-playing little man while wandering the lands of Hyrule, as he is part of the side quest The Flute Player’s Plan. If you dive into this adventure, you can get to work by locating his location first. So, let’s get started with where to find Pyper in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

A sad little man is playing the flute in the land of Hyrule. He wants to impress a girl named Haite and put things right by showing her off. If you don’t help him, he will do something terrible, like cause a forest fire. This guy is essential to The Flute Player’s Plan and a few side quests he’s connected to. You especially need to locate him in The Flute Player’s Plan.

After you’ve settled things down in Hyrule, you might want to go to Pyper and help him impress Haite so that this talented flutist gets back into the musical troupe. For this, you need to start the quest The Flute Player’s Plan, which is required to complete the quest “Serenade to Kaysa” and unlock the Great Fairy Fountain nearby. This requires locating Pyper first.

To locate Pyper, you have to go to the Highland Stable. The closest point for quick travel is the Utsushok Shrine in the southwestern part of the Faron region. Here are the specific coordinates: 0526, -3392, 0049. When you head to this location, you will hear music from a small tree next to the barn. Climb the tree, talk to Pyper, and take The Flute Player’s Plan side quest. In this way, you will have determined the location of Pyper.

After locating Pyper, all that remains is to complete the mission. For this, you need to collect ten Sunset Fireflies and bring them to him so that the flutist can replicate the glowing tree of Haite’s dreams. Once you’ve done that, you need to find Haite to watch the flutist’s performance.

Wait until after the night falls, after which you can talk to the Haite. She can be found in the barn; ask her to follow you up to the tree. Once you reach the tree, the flutist’s performance will begin, and Pyper will put on a show for Haite. Fortunately, she will be impressed, and you’ll have completed the quest in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is playable on Nintendo Switch.
