The sole purpose of this NPC is to train players in the mastery of Sanguine Art, a combat art based on blood. But before you start learning, you have to find it.
As you might have guessed, you must go to the new Tiki Outpost Island to find Shafi in Blox Fruits. This island is in the Third Sea between Turtle Island and Haunted Castle, so you must level up significantly before visiting this high-level location. As for the Shafi NPC, he has settled in a small hidden cave under the island, and here is how you can get to him:
- First, upon arriving at Tiki Outpost Island, get to the coast with a pier.
- Taking this place as a starting point, walk diagonally to the left towards the buildings with green roofs.
- In the background of these buildings, you will see one with green and white triangles on the roof.
- Get closer and go into the alley on the right.
- Enter the secret passage that looks like a sewer entrance, and you will soon see Shafi.
Standing on a small platform, this NPC exudes confidence and strength and will not engage in long dialogue with you if your level is too low or unless you bring him a Leviathan Heart. He will only say: ‘You lack a cold heart…‘. You can assume that this is how he tests your strength and willingness to study the ancient and powerful Sanguine Art. But once you reach the maximum 2550 level and bring this NPC Leviathan Heart, he will happily teach you a new martial art. However, you will also have to pay 2,500,000 Money and 5,000 Fragments.
