Fire Pledge is a Special Fire-type Move in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet that deals 80 Power of damage and is capable of synergizing with Grass Pledge and Water Pledge during Double Battles. More specifically, this Move inflicts a DoT effect equal to ⅛ of the target’s max HP. This effect will last for four turns, meaning that it can potentially remove half of the opponent’s HP. However, Fire-type pocket monsters will not take any damage from Fire Pledge. As for this Move’s synergy with Water Pledge, it doubles the likelihood that a Move will inflict any additional effects. Similar to the Grass Pledge combination, this buff will last four turns.
Finding and Crafting Fire Pledge TM in Scarlet and Violet
Since no Pokémon know Fire Pledge by default or via leveling, the only way to teach this Move to specific pocket monsters is through its TM in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. There are two primary ways to acquire this TM in Paldea. The first involves traveling to an island, and the second requires defeating a Team Star Crew.

Where To Find TM 141 Fire Blast In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
If you have unlocked the ability to swim or glide with your Koraidon and Miraidon, you will be able to reach an unnamed island duo in the East Paldean Sea, southeast of the coastal city of Levincia. According to gameplay by Pokémon Scarlet and Violet content creator GameLoc, you will find the Fire Pledge TM beneath the northern tree on the larger island of the two. You can know that you are at the right tree if you see Levincia off in the distance from the angle.
The second way of obtaining the Fire Pledge TM in Scarlet and Violet is by defeating Atticus, leader of Team Star Poison in Tagtree Thicket. Once this opponent has been beaten, a list of TM recipes will be added to your craftable index, including Fire Pledge. Once you have received this TM from exploration or progressing Starfall Street, you can craft it using the items below:
