Even though TM 154 Hydro Cannon is one of the final TMs, you can get it, like most other TMs, in two ways:

• Find in the vastness of Paldea.
• Craft on TM Machine.

It’s worth noting that you won’t be able to start crafting until you get the recipe for this TM. Unfortunately for the combat fans, you won’t get the Hydro Cannon TM recipe for defeating one of the bosses. The only way to do this is to find TM in one of the locations in the Paldea region, but it’s not that easy here. There is only one place in the game with TM 154 Hydro Cannon. So you have to go to a specific location to succeed:

• You will have to go through most of the story and go to North Province (Area One). Get to the northernmost part of the location and keep going north. Soon you will see a cave which you must enter. Make your way to the end of the cave and collect your first Hydro Cannon TM.

How to Craft TM 154 Hydro Cannon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Once you get your first Hydro Cannon TM, you will automatically unlock the recipe and be able to craft copies. So head to your nearest Pokemon Center and use the TM Machine. To Craft TM 154 Hydro Cannon, select the desired recipe from the list and prepare the following materials in advance:

• 14000 LP
• Dondozo Whisker x5
