As expected, Chapter 1 Seasons 7, and 8 have arrived. This means that the X-4 Stormwings are back in the game, and there’s no doubt that these Fortnite OG planes will be fun to use; particularly so, in Fortnite Zero Build mode. But before you can use X-4 Stormwing in Fortnite OG, you need to know where to find them. There are many spots where they can spawn, and since there is a spawning pool, there’s a chance you won’t always find an X-4 Stormwing in the same location every time in Fortnite OG.

Frosty Flights
Frosty Flight is the location where you can find the most X-4 Stormwings in Fortnite OG. However, since this area is new to Fortnite OG, many streamers and sweaty players are landing on Frosty Flight. So if you insist on landing at this location, get ready for a fight. Hijacking a plane and fleeing is also one of the alternative options of course. If we need to give an exact number, there is a possibility of up to 5 spawns.
Gas Station in Desert Biome
At the bottom of the map, there is a tiny but wonderful landing spot in the Desert Biome. Maybe you have heard about this place from the streamers, maybe not, but the location of our X-4 Stormwing is right behind the Gas Station in this place. You can loot to your heart’s content hop on your plane and get the hell out of here.
Junk Junction Location
If you want an X-4 Stormwing location in Fortnite OG where no one can mess with you, this spot near Junk Junction will do the trick. You can land here, hop on your plane, and fly anywhere you want on the map. Since there is nothing else here, you are unlikely to encounter other players.
Pleasant Park Location
In Fortnite OG, there are 2 X-4 Stormwings near the Pleasant Park location. The first one is located on the top of the mountain in the upper right corner of Pleasant Park and the other one is located on the top of the mountain in the upper left corner.
Fatal Fields Mountain Top
You can find another X-4 Stormwing next to the Bandit Camp, located at the top of the mountain between Fatal Fields and Shift Shafts. Since this is also a Pirate Camp location, you also have access to Pirate Cannons.
Snow Biome Campsite
You can find X-4 Stormwing at this location in Snow Biome. It is definitely worth playing carefully as it is very close to Frosty Flights.
How To Use X-4 Stormwing in Fortnite
If you’ve never used the X-4 Stormwing in Fortnite before and you’re using it for the first time in OG, the controls may feel a little strange, but you’ll get used to them quickly:
- First, start the engine by pressing the forward button once to start the engine.
- You can then slide your mouse down to lift the plane up, and up to steer the plane down.
- You can use your fire button to shoot with the X-4 Stormwing.
- You can also use Boost by pressing Shift. However, this action will drain your Fortnite OG plane’s gasoline very quickly.
