Fortnite Chapter 4: Season 2 fast approaches, and with it will come new features, quests, etc. However, there are still ways for you to boost your XP in Season 1. A good way to do that is to wrap up those Cipher quests. One of them involves setting up recruitment posters around the island. Except you aren’t told exactly where to place these. We’ll show you where you can place recruitment posters so you can gain some easy XP in Fortnite.

Where to Place Recruitment Posters in Fortnite

Where to Place Recruitment Posters in Fortnite

Most Fortnite quests are straightforward to solve. They are a great way to gain more XP, and with the season almost over, there’s never been a better time to jump in and get what you can.

For this Fortnite quest, it’s not made clear where to go because it only states: Place recruitment posters.

That’s about as much direction as you are going to get. It’s not even clear yet what these recruitment posters are for, which is something we may find out in the next season.

Even so, there are only four places you can set up the posters:

  • Anvil Square
  • Faulty Splits
  • Lonely Labs
  • Shattered Slabs

However, some of these locations have multiple areas within where you can place the recruitment posters, which makes for quicker work of this Fortnite quest.

Let’s break down where you can look in each area.

Anvil Square

Check the eastern southern edge of the region and look for the stables building. There is a locker you can smash and it leads to a hidden room. Break it, go down, and there are two areas where you can place the Fortnite recruitment posters. One is on the eastern wall, while the other is on the wall below the stairs.

Faulty Splits

Inside the Splits Bowl, head to the Cold Blooded Vault. You will notice three areas where you can set up the recruitment posters.

Lonely Labs

Learning where to place this recruitment poster is easy if you followed the Fortnite Encrypted Cipher Quests. Look for a shipping container sticking out of a snowbank. You can set up one poster.

Shattered Slabs

In the northwest corner, check the quarry. There’s an opening on the top that you can enter and find one spot for the poster.

Of course, you only have to visit either Lonely Labs or Shattered Slabs first and then head over to either Faulty Splits or Anvil Square and finish the quest. You don’t need to go to each location since you only have to set up four posters.

Fortnite is available on PC, PS4 and PS5, Xbox One and Series, Nintendo Switch, and Android.
