The official website for the World Dai Star multimedia project debuted a new key visual for the upcoming television anime. The visual and promotional video highlights the primary staff for the anime and the April 9th premiere date. Also, the website posted the first visual for the franchise’s first game and the title for the manga release.
The main cast of the anime consists of the following:

- Ikumi Hasegawa as Shizuka
- Sally Amaki as Kathrina Griebel
- Maria Naganawa as Yae Niizuma
- Naomi Ozora as Panda Yanagiba
- Rico Sasaki as Chisa Sasuga
- Nanako Mori as Noa Hiiragi
The World Dai Star franchise is part of a mixed multimedia project that includes a smartphone game, a web manga series, a web radio program, and a television anime. It is unknown whether any platforms will have interactive aspects like other multimedia projects.
The Multimedia World of World Dai Star
Manga creator Takahiro drafted the overall story with VTuber designer Mika Pikazo, who drafted the character designs. Pizako is most well known for its character designs of the Fire Emblem protagonists. The anime will be animated at studio Lerche (Danganronpa, Assassination Classroom).
As of now, the game is set to launch sometime this summer. The full title of the game is World Dai Star: Yume no Sstellarium (Dream Stellarium).
Nanfuji will launch the World Dai Star: Encore! manga in Kadokawa’s Comic Alive+ manga website on April 2nd.
The story is set in a world after Dai Star stage performers exploded in popularity in the 20th century. 16-year-old Kokona Oroti follows her dream of becoming a World Dai Star by auditioning for the Sirius theatrical troupe. Now. she must follow and stick to her dreams in this story of passion and aspirations as Kokona’s unique sense for the stage propels her forward.
