The recent lineup of Xbox Game Pass has been one of the greatest we’ve seen, but it is about to get better thanks to Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4. Many have been waiting for these remakes to hit the digital shelves, and Game Pass will make them more accessible to anyone who wants to do some skateboarding clips but with modern controls and highly requested additions. The best thing about it is that these two remakes that come in one package will arrive on the platform in a couple of days.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Arrives on Xbox Game Pass This July 11
The next two legendary games of the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater series are coming to Xbox Game Pass on July 11. If you didn’t know, the first two launched a few years ago, and now Activision and Iron Galaxy Studios have put the next two together in one legendary package that skateboarding fans will want to try.
This game includes the levels and mechanics from both games, and everything will transfer between them. So, if you earn currency in the Pro Skater 3, you’ll be able to use it in Pro Skater 4 content. The same applies to your skater’s levels and other unlockables, making the transition between the two games’ content almost seamless. While many who grew up with these games will be excited for that dose of nostalgia, new skaters will have a blast with two of the greatest games in the franchise.
July’s Lineup Includes Top-Down Shooters and JRPGs
If you are not that interested in playing Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, Xbox Game Pass also added four terrific games this week. There’s Ultimate Chicken Horse, one of the greatest co-op party games ever made in the last decade. The Ascent, a top-down shooter with a unique style and addictive gameplay. And two entries of the Mana JRPG series, Legend of Mana and Trials of Mana. Both of them are terrific games you should play if you’re a fan of epic adventures with a touch of old RPG mechanics.
Beyond that, we know that Game Pass is still gearing up for one of its biggest years. We have some huge releases coming, such as Ninja Gaiden 4, Gears of War Reloaded, and many more. So, now’s the perfect time to try the new additions before your backlog gets any bigger.
