How to Farm Nopon Coins in Xenoblade Chronicles 3
The first and perhaps most important thing you should know about Nopon Coins is that you can only store a limited amount of currency. Once you have 99 Nopon Coins for each character, you will stop earning coins. Whatever happens, keep an eye on your inventory and spend the earned Nopon Coins promptly.
As we said earlier in Xenoblade Chronicles 3, there are many ways to earn Nopon Coins. But unfortunately, there is no better way to farm in-game currency. In this case, perhaps the best way to farm Nopon Coins in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is to use all the ways to earn coins at the same time:
- Get from containers. As you travel around the world, you will find containers in all sorts of places. Open each of them to get some Nopon Coins.
- Kill unique monsters. Sometimes in different game locations, you will meet unique monsters with two names. These monsters are much stronger than normal monsters, but defeating them will give you several rewards, and Nopon Coins is one of them.
- Receive as a quest reward. Of course, no role-playing game can exist without quests. Quest tasks, as well as rewards, may differ. But you will get some Nopon Coins as a quest reward often.
- Take part in skirmishes with monsters. You will stumble upon skirmishes with monsters in different places of the game world. Once you complete the fight, you will receive some experience and Nopon Coins.

How to Use Nopon Coins in Xenoblade Chronicles 3
As you can understand, earning a lot of Nopon Coins is not difficult, as you will get it just by enjoying the gameplay. But you cannot accumulate more than 99 Nopon Coins for each character, so you will have to spend them from time to time. There are many ways to spend Nopon Coins in the Xenoblade Chronicles 3, and here they are:
- Trade for items at Nopon Coin X-change. One of the best ways to spend Silver and Gold Nopon Coins is to exchange them for valuable in-game items for your characters. The price and effect of items may differ, but each item will give your character additional abilities or characteristics.
- Food preparation. If your characters get hungry, you can spend some Nopon Coins to replace the missing ingredients for the dish and complete the recipe.
- Craft gems. Precious items are essential for improving your character. Therefore, set aside a few gold Nopon Coins to craft gems.
- Level up of the character class. You can level up your character class by spending a few Nopon Coins. It’s worth noting that the character class will level up automatically over time, so this isn’t the best way to spend in-game currency.
- Collectopaedia. To complete the missing pieces of Collectopaedia faster, you can use some Nopon Coin.
