The last two mission types for Star Wars Battlefront have been confirmed on the game’s official website. These make up two of the four modes that will be playable when the game launches.
Star Wars Battlefront features a game mode called Missions that are separate from the main multiplayer and can either be played solo or cooperatively. There will also be a Training mode that will allow players the chance to get to learn the ins and outs of the game. Some of the choices will be piloting a speeder bike, an X-Wing, and playing as Darth Vader.
Playing as Darth Vader in the multiplayer for Star Wars Battlefront is fun but limited. Training will allow players to get the chance to use the Sith lord and learn how to use him. This will allow players to practice with a Hero/Villain outside of the multiplayer.
The last two mission types to be detailed are Battles and Hero Battles with both modes allowing players to fight against AI combatants. Players will be able to play solo, cooperatively, or head-to-head with a friend. The head-to-head will allow a little friendly competition for friends. Unlike Survival, players will also be able to play as either the Empire or the Rebel Alliance.
The main difference between the two modes is that Hero Battles will allow players to take control of the different iconic characters that are available in the game. Players will be able to recreate the memorable showdowns between characters or create new ones.
Star Wars Battlefront will be out on November 17 for the PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One.
