So Amber Heard can appeal her verdict, but the judge says it will cost her. In reality, most of the world was just hoping this was behind us. The story of the Amber Heard trial is an ever-smoking car wreck from which the world can’t look away. But that is because even with it over, it is still making the news every day. If Heard wants to do this, it will cost her close to another million on top of the close to ten she already owes.

We ‘Heard’ It Through the Grapevine

So what will she do? Amber Heard can appeal, but the judge says it will cost her. As you know, her verdict is for $8.3 million. Judging from the financial details of the trial, that is money she doesn’t have. This is in the wake of her being called out for never donating the $7 million (she pledged). Many folks seemed to think she would be held accountable for her perjury claims. Alas, nothing has come of that as of yet.

Via TMZ:

The judge said if Amber appeals, she must post a bond in the full amount of Johnny’s judgment PLUS 6% — that’s an additional $621k. Presumably, the 6% is an interest penalty for a delay in collection. As for Amber, her rep released a statement invoking the January 6th House hearings, stating she will indeed appeal, saying,

“As stated in yesterday’s congressional hearings, you don’t ask for a pardon if you are innocent. And, you don’t decline to appeal if you know you are right.”

Amber Heard’s ‘Speaking Slip-Up’ RUINS Her Appeal!

Amber Heard can appeal, and the judge says it will cost. Oddly enough, that doesn’t seem to waiver her hunger for “justice.” But at what point should someone just accept the loss and do their best to move on? Sadly, Heard isn’t there yet.

So in closing, it looks like the circus hasn’t entirely left town yet.
