You can get TM 101 Power Gem in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet in three locations in Paldea. They are Near Dalizapa Passage, North of Levincia, and near the Watchtower in Area One of the South province.

Near Dalizap Passage

1. Start from the Poke Centre and head East to the cave nearby.
2. Get inside the cave and jump to the small rock you meet first to the left.
3. Go through the small entrance to the left.
4. Once you reach the large cave, climb the rock to the left, and the TM is on the top.

 North of Levincia

1. Start from the Poke center and get the path to the North and enter the East Province Area Two.
2. Once you enter the East province Area Three, go to the Right.
3. Take the path the Uphill once you turn right. It is on your left.
4. Paas the small tree and get the path uphill again.
5. Go straight and pass another small tree, and head West.
6. Pass the yellow Vehicle and keep going to the West. You will see a small cave in the distance.
7. Enter the cave and go to the left from the first junction.
8. Get out of the cave and turn right.
9. Take the path uphill and turn right at the first junction. You will see a large construction area from a distance.
10. Go to the Construction area and find the TM under one support structure.

Near the Watchtower in Area One of the South province

1. Go to the top of the Watchtower and jump to the Isolated cliff to the North. You will find the TM on the top of the cliff.
